Situated in the iconic Chelsea area, this modern new build apartment from Berkeley Homes was redesigned by Rose Narmani Interiors.
A modern abode using contemporary furniture and artworks to transform it into a bright and inviting living space. The style of decoration was chosen to reflect British traditions within a modern interior. The pops of blue lends itself to the celebrated English characteristic; an abundance of patterns and differing fabrics blend harmoniously.

The apartment is adorned with exciting wall details and finishes, interesting joinery and architrave designs. Sophisticated details also feature in Rose Narmani’s artistic vision in the form of linens, varied textures and fabric wall panels throughout. A sky blue chesterfield sofa acts as a focal point in the main living space and presents a modern take on a classic design. Each space has been carefully curated to simultaneously offer functional attention to detail, without sacrificing elegance and sophistication in the design. The open-plan property consists of four bedrooms, five bathrooms with a flexible kitchen space for work, study and dining, a modern way of living to suit the client’s lifestyle.

The design is reflective of the owners evoking a sense of international influences within a contemporary setting. It is the clients pied-a-terre during trips to London which makes the contemporary setting a necessary functional home. Each detail has been thought about with an array of textures and materials to elevate the space. An important detail of the space is the wooden joinery around the television to ensure that it blends with the design of the home. It also creates a key design feature in the house whilst keeping a quality design. The bathroom is decorated with noble marble, making the space visually stunning and immaculate. This apartment encompasses true international living with a twist of British
design influence.
