A contemporary and thoughtfully designed penthouse evoking the sense of the outdoors.
Situated close to the iconic Regents Park this 2400 sq ft penthouse was designed with a youthful and open approach. The inspiration was to create a transcending feel of bringing the outdoors to the inside. To achieve this, statement colours were layered with greys and neutrals to create an airy and modern feel throughout. A space was created to be lived in by young professionals and those who wish to have a modern and flexible home.

Each area has a different function and benefits from different light during certain times of the day. The clients wanted the apartment to feel comfortable and cozy, in order to make them feel at home. This translation of materials between each space creates a profound architectural harmony and balance within the space.
The penthouse consists of four ensuite bedrooms, five bathrooms, entertainment room, office and outdoor balconies. Crystal and brass chandeliers are placed throughout the space to exude luxury with a contemporary approach. The master bedroom is designed as a private space for two, where the bedroom merges with the bathroom and dressing room. Here playful neutral shades and expressive contrasts prevail.
A key design feature is the flexible walk-in closet space designed to be private and clean with no visual views of the clothing. The rounded edges of the centre island breaks up the space whilst maximising storage. The playful addition of chevron flooring adds depth and warm colour to the space.
Fabric lined panels are placed behind the bedroom area to break up the space whilst ensuring privacy and a cosy feeling. The use of vibrant art subtly compliments the contemporary design of the rooms. Rounded accessories such as the coffee table and dining table were added to balance straight lines, creating an organic fluidity across the apartment. This property showcases a youthful take on modern luxury.
